So familiar yet so strange. Some things are exactly the same. Others are so different, I couldn't recognize them. The funny thing is, that's how I felt about me too. I felt myself morph into the teenage girl who grew up here, lived at the lakes in the summer, treasured her college experience at NWC. But at the same time, I was completely different. That is EXACTLY how I felt 2 years ago when we moved back to the Cities after living away for 10 years. So familiar yet so strange. Some things are exactly the same. Others are so different, I couldn’t recognize them.

But, thankfully it is still very familiar to me. Glad you're enjoying your time with family!
