Amanda has blogged about today’s show here, and while she’s not exactly sure what the producers will have time to air or how they will edit it, she was asked to pick 3 local (twin cities) blogs that she enjoys for her segment, and O My Family made her list.
I know I will be glued to the TV from 3:00 to 3:45 today, but I also know that many of you aren’t local (HI DAD!), so after the station posts it on their site, I will link to the video of the show here. No matter which way they edit the segment (read: whether O My Family is mentioned or not), I will certainly put the link up because Amanda is one awesome lady (have you SEEN her cakes?) and it will totally be worth watching.

That is so cool!!! I love Amanda’s cakes and cookies too. Whenever I see them I always want to start baking RIGHT AWAY. :)
This is a totally post-unrelated question, but do you have any suggestions for a good but inexpensive baby carrier for babies around 9 monthsish? I think I like the sling/wrap-around kind over the older styles where the baby just sits in the little seat in the front. Thank you! :)

Since I don’t yet have a 9 monthsish baby, I can’t speak from experience, but I can tell you that the wonderful Steph of Adventures in Babywearing had her littlest one in a mei tai type carrier at Cupcake ’10. It is someting reminescent of a baby bjorn, but less backpacky, more fabricy. Hope that helps!

How cool! So did you watch and did they edit in the mention of O My Family. I definitely think you are a blog worth mentioning.
They ended up ‘suggesting’ that she talk about 2 bigger bloggers, and that’s quite alright with me! Amanda was so fun to watch!
