I always have to remind myself to still praise god and be thankful through the storm. My prayers are with you and obaby. Hope he feels better soon!

Great job staying positive and being thankful. Cold air also helps - sometimes more than the steamy shower. The croupy, stridor sound is caused by swelling in the airway and the cold air helps to reduce the swelling and helps baby feel and breathe better. Bundle him up - big blanket and hat - and head outside for just a few brief minutes! They also suggested drinking anything cold he will take - that helps the swelling too. Good luck! Winter and colds and winter germs are so overrated and need to be over.

Croup sucks. I can completely relate - just continue to remember that God is good - ALWAYS!
Blessings,

So sweet! I'm sorry that you're going through such a sad and kinda scary time with him right now, but I admire your ability to still be thankful for the good.

This post is what I’ll refer back to the day my [future] baby comes down with a hacking cough or terrible cold or scary fever.
